Media Monitors monitored mainstream media from 30 May 2018 – 22 Jul 2018 to assess the nature of election coverage during the election period, with a focus on three issues:
1. Fair and balanced coverage of political players
2. The media’s role in informing the public on electoral processes, and
3. Professional and ethical conduct by the media
